Fossil is looking for a Full-Time candidate to become a member of our growing ARROW Merchandising team, in our Bayonne, NJ territory. Our Arrow Merchandising Specialist represents Fossils Luxury Brands by assisting our retail partners in: trunk shows, putting out back stock; setting and maintaining displays to meet standards; conducting seminars; reporting via email and voice mail opportunities and obstacles to Account Executives and Arrow Regional Merchandising Managers; negotiating for retail space; placing POS collateral; informing store personnel about service accomplishments; building positive business relationships with store personnel (store manager, area sales manager, visual director, key sales associates). Recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise Staffing personnel as needed. Travel to accounts in the Bayonne, NJ area. Must be available to work occasional Saturdays to help with trunk show events.
